Verify card ownership for BloxSpin deposits.
Sometimes BloxSpin or our payment partners require card verification to confirm you own the card used for deposits.
When verification is requested
- First-time card deposits above a certain threshold
- Repeated deposits flagged for security review
- Mismatch between cardholder name and account details
- Random compliance checks by the payment processor
What you may need to provide
- Photo of the card showing the last four digits (cover the full number and CVV)
- Photo ID matching the cardholder name
- Selfie holding your ID (if requested)
- Proof that the billing address matches your account
Only upload documents through official BloxSpin or payment-provider prompts. Never send card photos in Discord DMs or unofficial links.
After submitting
- Verification is reviewed by the payment or compliance team.
- You will be notified when approved or if more information is needed.
- Deposits and withdrawals may be paused until verification completes.
Contact support if verification takes longer than expected and include the date you submitted documents.
