• Use a single main account tied to your real identity when asked for verification.
• Contact support if you lost access to your original account rather than registering again.
• If you believe you need an exception (for example, a closed business account), open a support ticket first.

Rewards and promotions

Affiliate codes, rain, leaderboard prizes, and similar rewards are intended for genuine individual players. Farming with duplicate accounts violates platform rules and may void rewards.
