BloxSpin

Game Freezes

What to do if a BloxSpin game freezes or stops responding.

If a game freezes mid-round, the animation stops, or the page becomes unresponsive, follow these steps.

During a round

  1. Wait 30–60 seconds — some games finish processing on the server even if the animation stalls.
  2. Do not refresh immediately if a bet is still resolving; give the round time to settle.
  3. After a minute, hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R).
  4. Check your balance and bet history — the result may have recorded correctly.

If the balance looks wrong

  1. Note the time, game name, and bet amount.
  2. Refresh again and open your transaction or game history if available.
  3. Contact support with screenshots and timestamps.

Prevent freezes

  • See Lag & Performance for browser and connection tips.
  • Disable heavy extensions and VPN while testing.
  • On case battles, try disabling Fast spin temporarily to see if animations stabilize.

BloxSpin support can investigate stuck rounds using server logs. Include your username and approximate time of the freeze when opening a ticket.
