Game Freezes
What to do if a BloxSpin game freezes or stops responding.
If a game freezes mid-round, the animation stops, or the page becomes unresponsive, follow these steps.
During a round
- Wait 30–60 seconds — some games finish processing on the server even if the animation stalls.
- Do not refresh immediately if a bet is still resolving; give the round time to settle.
- After a minute, hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R).
- Check your balance and bet history — the result may have recorded correctly.
If the balance looks wrong
- Note the time, game name, and bet amount.
- Refresh again and open your transaction or game history if available.
- Contact support with screenshots and timestamps.
Prevent freezes

- Disable heavy extensions and VPN while testing.
- On case battles, try disabling Fast spin temporarily to see if animations stabilize.
